A missing download, a refund, a payment that went sideways, or a couple of lines on how the books worked out for you. Use the form, and I will get back to you.
If your books have not turned up
This is the problem I hear about most. Nearly always, it is a delivery issue I can fix in a couple of minutes. Before you write, check your spam folder and promotions tab—that is usually where the email has gone.
If it is not there, write to me and I will send the files over by hand. You do not need an order number; the address you paid with is enough.
Refunds
If the books are not what you expected, request a full refund within 30 days through the support form on this site. Terms
